I agree with the other low raters for this pad.
They are too thick, and don't fit in most of my shoes. When I found a pair of shoes they fit in, I found the height was too much - I started limping after a very short time. But of course, it's possible (although unlikely) that I didn't insert them correctly, since (as someone else pointed out), they do not come with instructions.
- The medium size can also fit those with slightly larger or smaller feet
- May lose effectiveness over time
