These are gorgeous wooden spoons with deep bowls that can be used as ladles. They are great for stirring when heating up soups and stocks. The handles are generous and very comfortable. They are light weight so I would suggest being a bit careful with them. As with all wooden spoons, do not leave them in soup/stew or other food, soak them in water or put them in the dishwasher and they should last for quite some time. Overall, I can recommend them and would purchase again for myself and as a gift.
