The box I received had Vine charcoal sticks, not Willow! Unfortunately, I didn't open the box until the return window closed. It was on my art teacher's materials list that would eventually be used. There are rough spots on the vine that dig into the pastel paper. It doesn't go smoothly.
- The wood used for our willow charcoal is burned properly to produce a smooth line of constant intensity
