Poor software, suitable for document scanners

Unlike Scansnap, which V. Poor tech support says has been replaced, this scanner cannot scan and display what has just been scanned. You need to find the file in the assigned folder and click on the folder you want to open. Otherwise, it works great when you have time to take a few extra steps to see what you just scanned.
