One pot to rule them all

I am so glad that I got the Ninja PossiblePot. Seven quarts is a great size that works for cooking bigger portions, yet somehow it is just a bit wider than my six-quart pasta pot but not as high. The bottom on the pot has a 9 inch radius, and it is 10 inch at the top. Including the handles, it measures 14 1/4 wide. Including the lid turned upside down for storage, it is 7" high, or separately it is 5 3/4" for the pot and approximately 4" for the lid. Unlike the pasta pot, it is super versatile. It works well on the stove and in the oven. It even looks nice enough to use as a serving dish.I love the built-in strainer in the lid, and the spoon ladle that rests on the lid is genius too. I make a lot of pasta and mac and cheese for my son, and the strainer lid takes up so much less space in the dishwasher than a full size strainer. It can also be used to release steam when cooking vegetables. While the pot is dishwasher safe, I have been handwashing to extend the life of the non-stick coating. But, I always like to have the option. The set comes with three recipe cards. While I would have liked them to be printed on more durable paper, they are nice, straightforward recipes that look worth making. I especially want to try the Herb Roasted Chicken with Pan Gravy, and I'll report back when I do.I would definitely recommend this instead of a traditional pasta pot or dutch oven or small roasting pan if you don't have a lot of space. Or even if you do, because you get so many great extras with this set. This would make a great gift too, especially for a wedding or graduation.

Pros
  • NEVERSTICK DIFFERENCE: Ninja Foodi NeverStick PossiblePot won't stick, chip, or flake. Super-heated at 30,000°F, plasma ceramic particles are fused to the surface of the pot, creating a super-hard, textured surface that interlocks with our exclusive coating for a superior bond.
Cons
  • The pot may not be suitable for induction cooking
