The best feature of Congas Contract is that you can keep track of all your contacts without having to go back into each document (Contracts) individually. You can create multiple templates which helps in reducing duplication. I am working as a contract administrator at a construction consulting firm who uses Conga Contacts daily. We have been able to automate certain processes such as creating new documents or contract updates. Conga Contracts has been an integral part of our process for all of our contracts, from standard forms to complex E&O contracts. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, even for non-technical users. The ability to have the platform automatically pull in external files, such as the contract templates, has been a real time saver. The best thing about Conga Contracts is the ability to have all of our contracts in the same place.
