This item has received mostly good reviews; This isn't one of them. The installation failed repeatedly, the process was blocked at the "Installing Cisco EAP-FAST" stage. This is frustrating, as is the fact that the CD that came with the product was unreadable. As is the fact that the website leaves a lot to be desired. No, the key factor that makes me give negative stars is that Edimax has decided to close its tech support from December 23rd to January 1st. just at the time when thousands (tens of thousands?) of this support. Arrogant? Stupid? Idiotic? How about all three? I think you can find something at Best Buy that actually installs on a regular Jane Dell XPS.
