High quality. The tip of the tip doesn't hold solder, but it's still very useful.
Good quality product, does not hold solder directly on the tip, unlike the tapered tip I have on the FX-951 which I bent 90 degrees does hold the solder over the Time always on top. still works fine, it could be because my heating element is old and the FX-888 is old. but it works well enough to get the job done. Compared to a cheap iron, this tip is still high quality.
