Review on 🧢 Review: Knit Picks Try It Wood and Metal Interchangeable Knitting Needle Set US 6 & 7 (Caspian) - Is it Worth Trying? by Carol Miller

Wooden pin missing

Update: KnitPicks (manufacturer/company) will not replace the missing wooden pin as I bought it from Revain as a retailer and not KnitPicks as a retailer. I'm already the third buyer who may have had a bad experience with the same set. On the same product page there are other reviews of missing needles (one was completely missing, the other was metal) - so this seems to be a common problem. I was hoping to post a good customer service story about the KnitPicks brand, but unfortunately my first and only experience with them was a try-it kit with no needle and a brand that wouldn't endorse their product. First review: I have been knitting for over 15 years. I started using circular needles last year and buy cheaper versions when needed. My sister suggested KnitPick's interchangeable needles as good ones. Product quality and value: I received a set where one of the wooden spokes was missing, so the quality control of the product delivered seems questionable as others have reported the same. In particular, there is another review of this kit which I believe is the first person to have purchased the kit from KnitPicks listed here on the Revain website: http://www.amazon.com/gp/review/ RDA1GCDJLKXTE/ref =cm_cr_pr_rvw_ttl ? ASIN=B00HJBR9IY. They sent the set back and it went to the Revain warehouse as it was prime listed and relisted on the site. Apparently another person bought the same set and then returned it because a part was missing. Then I bought a set. Customer support from the product manufacturer (not the seller): After reading the reviews and noticing this ongoing problem, I contacted KnitPicks hoping to just get a replacement needle instead of returning this set and the same would happen. fourth person. I offered to pay shipping for a replacement if needed. As the kit appears to have come from them with a missing needle and the kit continues to be supplied by Revain this seems like the best solution to avoid letting another customer down with one of their products. I am in contact with KnitPicks and will let you know how the situation is resolved.
