I got this heater for my small pumphouse. I wanted something I could check on and control remotely with an app. (I had to occasionally run out to the pumphouse at night to figure out why the remote thermometer was way too low/high. Not fun.) That the app could be linked to Alexa was also a selling point.The heater is fantastic, and it's thermostat keeps the temperature nice and steady. But, though the app can link to Alexa, Alexa can't do too much. The app allows you to control everything remotely, but it doesn't like to share with Alexa. She's probably miffed.A curious thing with this heater, is that it turns off after 24 hours. This isn't 24 hours of constantly heating, it's 24 hours of having the the "On" button switched on. But I found that Alexa COULD turn the heater on and off. So a couple of Alexa "routines" allowed me to turn the heater off, then on, every 24 hours. The heater's happy, I'm happy, my pumphouse pipes are happy, and Alexa gets the final word. ;)
