Review on HFS Pipe Threading Ratchet Handle by Micheal Esquivel

I don't want to embarrass those of you who give this tool negative reviews, but to me it's obvious that you're misusing it. It only took me about two minutes to figure out how it works and then thread a good, clean, usable thread onto the end of the 80 gauge PVC pipe. No pressure, no swearing, no sweat. I didn't even have to use lube. They're all trying to put a matrix on the end of a pipe and you've got it upside down. What you have to do is thread the end of the tube through the hole on the other side, which is why I think someone thought the dies were tapered on the wrong end. If you put the tube through the hole, it goes straight and clean into that cone, it bites, it cuts, then you move a little farther, pull it up a little, and then start spinning again to catch chips remove if you need it, but not too. So far this is done to ensure you don't cross streams as some others have indicated. It can work wonders if you just take a little time and patience to learn the tool and understand how it works so that you can use it properly. This tool is affordable, arrived in under a week with free standard shipping, and best of all, it works great! I highly recommend it!
