Exceptionally well made, fits 1996 Ford F150

Sturdy, perfectly finished and fits like a glove. Okay, this worked great on a 1996 Ford F150. You'll need to drill all the holes, but with the right drill bit it only takes a few minutes. The washers that fit on top of the guide frame need to be cut so that they are perfectly flat. You must do this so the screws will fit properly. Trim and 1/8" to 3/16" from the long side of the washer. The bolts go past the gas tank and fully into the washers. Requires 3 screws on each side. It is not necessary to grind in the rivet screw on the truck. Kurt cut a hole in the frame so it could fit snugly over it. Sentence. 1/4β€³ diameter holes are already drilled on both sides, which only need to be reamed to 1/2β€³. If you do this you can hang the bracket without needing help to hold it and insert the remaining screws. After drilling I cover all mine with a good coating and they last forever.
