Seems like a fair upgrade.
The little v6 definitely notices an increase in performance. It's too loud. Some people like it, but my wife doesn't particularly like it. I put it on to get some extra power when towing my boat through the canyons and now I don't put it on the bottom anymore. I don't know how that affected the mileage as I swapped out the tire for a larger one almost immediately after fitting it. Super easy to install. To be honest it took about 35 minutes to rip out and put back the factory air intake. The hardest part was removing the old air intake from the manifold. No check engine lights or problems. Be sure to stick to the law
