Review on Norpro BS3A Stainless Cheese Slicer by Heather Davis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sharp, thin slices, made in Norway

Great cheese slicer from Bjørklund. The same design was patented by Thor Björklund in 1925 for use in "Brunost/Gjeitost" or goat's cheese. It is still made in Norway, is of very good quality and versatile. If you're looking for a sharp cheese slicer for medium to hard cheeses that cuts thin slices and gives you the perfect size slices of cheese for your sandwich, you've come to the right place. This is a steal at this price. Fiskar's slicers are a good alternative, but they can't beat Bjørklund's design.

Pros
  • Household and kitchen
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
