I received this tarp with the intention of using it for spring gardening and found an unexpected use for it that I was excited about. Sounds a bit over the top for a plain tarp? Perhaps. I sit outside a lot all year round and that cuts down on the cold in winter. On a windy day, I took a tarp and draped it over the porch railing next to where I was sitting as a windbreak. What a difference between day and night when you use this tarp as a windbreak and combine it with a newly purchased Quart patio heater. i am a lucky man To be clear, I thought about getting a tarp a long time ago, but didn't do it because I thought the bright blue or green typical tarp colors I have would look gaudy.
