Review on ZoomGrants by Enrique Espinoza

I like how user friendly it was when creating my profile as well as updating information about myself or other people in our organization! It's hard using this program if you're not tech savvy because there are so many things going at once with different functions/pages etc., but overall we've been happy with zoomgrant thus far!! We have used them mainly just recently during COVID19 pandemic where they were able help us get through training sessions via video conferencing (which helped immensely). I like how you can customize your dashboard so it's very user friendly! It was relatively simple to set up. Sometimes my computer crashes but this has nothing to do with zoom grants itself or its staff. If i wasn't able to solve an issue myself they were always quick in responding back within minutes even when their offices are closed over holidays! They have made applying through our organization much easier than we've done before.
