We have a large vegetable garden, orchard, and rose gardens and I run several hundred-foot garden hoses and extensive drip irrigation. Coming from my faucets I have many splitters attached to timers and half-inch irrigation, and the standard size water hoses themselves. My biggest headache is leaks at the joints and everything needs good quality rubber gaskets or washers like these. I remove everything each fall and reinstall in the spring. I’ve found it best to change all the washers when I do this.This 40-pack gave me more than enough standard quality washers this season, with some left over for next time. 5-bucks for the set is reasonable and I’ll be ordering more of these.
