I love being able to use this system for all aspects of my practice, not just billing! It is very user friendly when it comes time to create services or procedures which makes creating new patient records easy (and less frustrating). There are some modules that can be cumbersome - such as the inability to copy/paste text into an existing procedure without having to re-enter information in each step. Also there seems to have been many changes over the past year since last update; however support has improved significantly so if you don't need certain features then they may discontinue them from their product line at any point. We used other systems but were unable to integrate with our EMRs.
