I just finished the installation. It took maybe 20 minutes. Instead of using the included hardware, I chose to install with self-tapping screws. Holds up well and is very durable. I added a tool storage magnet at the top to hold utensils and we cut tools when camping. It just helps keep the table closed more securely, not that it just needs to be added there. My only complaint and the reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cable is too long on either side so it doesn't sit flat. About five minutes of my time I tightened the cables and am now keeping them straight and level.
