Ease of use, ability to customize for various applications makes this program very user friendly! I like that you can create your own custom components which are not included with other programs in order help solve certain problems or just because it's fun!! Some things could be improved upon such as adding more options (such as different materials) when creating new parts but overall great product at an affordable price compared others out there.

Have created several models using multiple simulators including Robolab/RoboCAD Pro - have used them all so far- they're good products however if one isn't what we need then maybe try another option first before jumping into something too expensive.- easy accessability through their website.
