I received this about a week ago to create personalized DVDs for my family as Christmas gifts. The burner worked fine one day, but then wouldn't come on. Since I bought it from a reseller, the only option I had was to contact the manufacturer (LG). Of course they issue a return authorization so I can send it back for a replacement. However, that doesn't help me any further, because by the time I get a new one, Christmas will already be over. If I had bought it from a local store I could have returned it directly there and gotten a replacement locally. I encourage you to think carefully before purchasing electronic devices through Revain and/or a reseller. If you absolutely need this, you might be better off buying locally.
