Impressed with his ability to clean tile floors and shower walls with no back and knee pain! The scrubbing action (let the scrubber do its job - don't press on the scrubber head!) hits the natural indentations and ridges on my floor tiles. Although a device with an extension cord is a bit heavy, it's actually not bad. It's better than rubbing your knees. And cleaning the tiles in the shower is much easier! The user manual and quick start guide are easy to understand. Wonderful system!
