I like that it's easy for patients to use, very intuitive, and allows me to keep track of all patient information in one place without having to search through multiple files or folders.

It would be nice if there were some more options available when creating forms as well as templates. Also, sometimes the program freezes up while using certain functions (e.g., scheduling appointments). The benefits are being able to see everything about my patients' records at once instead of searching through different documents; also, it makes charting much easier since you can just print out charts from here rather than printing them off individually.
