We were delighted with the helmet. We have an E-BIKE club, so we customize bike helmets for those who are "guest riders" who want to try an E-bike. This was the first time we bought MOKFIRE. Ordered online, everything arrived intact, but the visor didn't stick to the helmet. Helmets are not new to us. We contacted the company and got offers that, oddly enough, we adults couldn't understand. The phone assistant "emailed his instructions" for further clarification, which we followed although it made no sense. We checked YouTube, searched the web and since we had REMOVED a helmet, decided to just STICK the visor ON. Because of what it seems old and used. give it back We would agree due to the CoVid 19 virus, there were doubts that anyone would be willing to take the risk of using it. Obviously we didn't get what we paid for. Yes, we feel cheated. 2 STARS for the beautiful coloring and the ventilation openings.
