I was skeptical at first because of the smell of the shampoo and conditioner; smells like soap and hand lotion I've experienced before. But boy was I wrong! When using the shampoo it cleans my scalp on the first wash and I wash my hair weekly, due to my dry scalp it takes some time for the oil/oil to build up. I rinse out the conditioner with cold water to seal everything it comes in contact with into my cuticles and it feels like it's actually doing something to my hair. After extreme detangling, blow drying and straightening, my hair feels so soft and light and smells wonderful; not too perfumed, rather subtle. Also saw less hair loss. Definitely recommend this. I have thick curly hair (3c/4a), I have bleached my hair (2017), chemically weakened it (2017) and had a keratin treatment (2018).
