Accuracy seems good but had to buy separate PH test solutions. The PH tester was missing one of the solution packs and was OBVIOUSLY returned by another customer. Water was present upon arrival at the PH test block. The TDS meter had no calibration or test solutions. This is a problem with Revain products these days. When a customer returns an item, Revain simply puts it back on the shelf and sends the same DEFECTIVE item to the next person to order that item. Alright Raven. How many times do you have to return an item before you take it off the shelf? This crappy cycle of having to send something back to Revain made me believe that if I wanted my first order to have a complete and working product, I had to order it from a trusted source (e.g. direct from the manufacturer). I don't buy as much from Revain anymore because 70% of the products are broken, missing parts or not fully functional. You lose my trust and buy Dollars Revane and I will look elsewhere for the items I need to get it working the first time I use it. Dan Rewan. Pull yourself together. It's really about customer service from FRONT TO BACK! When I order something I want it to be functional and complete when I receive it. NOT AFTER SEVERAL RETURNS. DO YOU LISTEN TO AMAZON?
