I have been ordering aquarium heaters for our turtle for 15 years now. The temperature must be high and the heater must be strong because the turtle will push it. I love this heater from UPETTOOLS - the outer "cage" protects it well despite an active turtle and has maintained the water temperature in the aquarium since autumn 2018. All the others I've bought have lasted 6-9 months. This heater is like an energizer rabbit. It still works. It's outlasted countless others, but eventually it's not heating the water like it used to, so it's time for a new one. I was delighted to see her back on the Revain list. I bought 2 this time.
