Review on Stainless Steel 12V Submersible Water Oil Diesel Fuel Transfer Pump with On/Off Switch - GXG-1987 Car Van by Brandon Jaime

I have a 2500 gallon emergency water tank. If we lose the well for any reason, we have it. My plan was to use a submersible pump to move the water to reduce freezing. I installed it in the bottom of the tank. My test runs showed (after a few minutes) that the water at the top was moving very slowly. Success. Later, when the temperature started to drop, I turned it on. I haven't heard how it works. It went wrong. I would give one star though. The company has done everything you would expect a company to do when something like this happens. First they apologized for the outage and said they would send me a new one (no exchange just a new one). At this point I decided to go the other way in my tank (head tank immersion heater). They then said they would credit my account for the full cost and shipping. A few days later, my account was actually credited. The pump was out of service but the after sales service was ACES. For this reason alone, I would have dispensed with another pump if my plan had not changed. Pearl Rider
