Bought these in front of the kitchen sink and for our playroom entrance. Both are inside. The one in the playroom was missing two pieces of felt. I just bought them a few months ago. Not a big deal because I bought them more for use, plus the price is very reasonable and they actually look pretty good. As a note, we painted concrete floors. The rubber underneath doesn't stick to the ground but definitely interacts with the ground. So if you buy them, make sure the rubber won't ruin your floors. I don't, but I check and move them often. This is not due to the manufacturer, but to the reaction of the rubber to the soiled concrete seal.
