Review on 💪 PYRAMID PS52KX Power Supply: High Amp, Built-In Cooling Fan & Compact Design by Brian Cruz

The price of the power supply was incredible for this quality and performance. And worked great to activate my setup. Those were my original thoughts, but believe me, my opinion has changed. Bought in December 2012 and the unit was working before the end of the month due to a manufacturer error due to a miswired wire that melted other components. I had to pay $30 shipping to ship this unit, a Pyramid PS52 power supply, to a Pyramid service center in Brooklyn, NY. Customer service was poor until they charged another $30 to return it to me. They didn't find the receipt that was mailed on August 9th to the address provided by the technician named Kenny and I still haven't received the power supply. I can't get anyone to pick up the phone or reply to my many messages. I didn't have to pay for the device under the warranty. thumbs down 100%
