This device is very good for warming up aching joints that love warmth, my device comes with 2 x 10w bulbs. My lens shows a center crack, when I unscrewed the lens to inspect, the threaded base that attaches to the power supply/light base also showed heat stress and was crumbling on the threads closest to the heat source. The lens cap is now very loose. I love the heat but the design needs improvement. .just contacted the seller who said as the unit is 2 months old I need to call the manufacturer, the warranty number is always busy or rings and then hangs up. mmm
