Does not hold the fabric.
I really like this concept and really wanted a bigger tire. The entire project I'm working on is displayed. Unfortunately, the hanger does not hold the fabric taut. My other round hoop has a small ridge on the bottom hoop to hold it in place. This hoop doesn't have that, so the fabric keeps slipping. Piece of shit. Very disappointed.
