Review on 🌡️ AcuRite 00620A2 Silver Stainless Steel Oven Thermometer by Kyle Beaner

Has gone through several oven thermometers including CDN, model EOTI. I even bought a new oven (Gas Wolf Professional) because my old oven (Viking) was very unreliable and I hated cleaning it. I thought it was because of the oven as the handheld thermometer never went above 350. I bought the CDN just before buying a new oven and then decided to buy a new AcuRite to compare. When I set the new oven to 425 degrees, the AcuRite registered exactly 425 degrees. CDN registered 350 degrees. My puff pastry turned out perfect. So I'll stick with the new AcuRite and drop the CDN.
