Review on Metallic Filament Printing Material DO3D by Christopher Bacho

This filament works great in the printer. The finished product looks like it was made with a silky fabric finish. I had no problems with it while using it. My biggest issue is that there isn't enough color variation in the yarn to have a finished product that really has a "rainbow" effect. I used it to make two identical prints and one looked like it was made out of bronze thread. The other had some color change, but it was very subtle. I concluded that this would work well on something larger and with a larger cross-section. But I have to admit I was disappointed with what I used it for. I plan to test my hypothesis soon and will update this review to reflect the results. Just be aware that if you are looking for a finished product that ends up being multicolored, you may or may not get what you expect. If this is not a problem for you then rest assured that the yarn is of excellent quality and will give a silky smooth and very beautiful print!
