When we first installed it and used it in our first Zoom meeting everything was great. The second time the picture was great but the sound was incomprehensible. I moved it to another USB port and the sound has improved a bit, but it's still difficult. The third time, the picture was still great, but the sound was barely audible. Too bad it worked. Causes a serious delay in meetings when customers are waiting for a new camera/mic. I pray it works better.
