Got them for a very specific job, a 1x4 cedar board partition/wall that needed some maintenance. It was assembled with finishing nails but fell apart. It's in a very visible area so I wanted a very low profile and minimal screws and also wanted the color to match so I got them with machined/painted heads. The cedar is aged, so I ended up with "hardwood brown" rather than "cedar", which matched very well. The boards are attached to pressure-treated wood, so I needed screws with relatively large threads that were easy to drive. They drilled through the cedar and entered fairly easily. Unfortunately, the small Torx screwdriver tended to strip the screws with my power drill. I suppose this is inevitable with a trimming head, but the small teeth are just small compared to the size of the screw. Besides, it's a good product. The photo shows that the hole created by the screw is not much larger than that of the final nail.
