Works really good but needs improvements

I like that it has an easy to use interface with all of our departments. It is also very simple to navigate from one department to another. The only thing I dislike is how slow it can be sometimes, especially if you have a lot of forms open at once. Sometimes when we are using other applications it will take at least 30 seconds for the application to switch away from Claimspoint so it is not as convenient as it could be. You just have to make sure that you are always working in a single window. If you do, it should work pretty well. We were having some issues with claim tracking which was causing problems with getting paid. Claims point has been great at solving this issue by allowing us to track claims quickly.
