Cheaper than in store.

Removed, reinstalled, now the window works. Tip: Be careful with the door handle/release bar on the inside of the panel. Yellow lockers can break; or there may be confusion of the bars. It's really not bad for a DIY project; like everyone else, just take your time and be patient with caution.
