My son-in-law cooks (in his own kitchen, but he's very good!) We were talking about removing "fat" from meat juices after frying. saw this little gem and thought what a great idea to pour the liquid out the spout but from the bottom so the fat floats (on top) and you get all that goodness for the sauce! I understand. This isn't rocket science. BUT every holiday we look forward to this little thing. I think it should be in every household.
