Works great all parts were included, as a tip for those looking to replace the lift motor make sure you have a drill with multiple bits of different sizes from small to small big. You will need to drill out the factory rivets. And don't be afraid to drill large holes in the door itself to help you install the new motor. Just don't drill into the motor or the mounting plate. And it will save you if you ever have to do it again. In general, I will order two more for the rear doors. The one I replaced was driver front or left front on the Cavalier 02.
