People complain about having to "drill a hole in the car". No, you don't drill a hole, you pull out the fasteners and rub the current hole a little more, calm down. It is not necessary to remove the rubber seal as described in the instructions. Just pull out the fasteners and drill a larger hole. The lower ones are simply screwed on. The only reason for the 4 stars is that one of my threaded hooks had thread damage making it impossible to thread through the hole. I ended up having to get my dremel to fix the threads and then it went straight in. I'm sure mine was just an accident but now that it's installed I'm glad I bought it and will buy it again. The net itself appears to be of good quality and is great for storing small items. I keep cans of tire foam or other small items in it so they don't slide around in the trunk and make noise because it drives me crazy. Laugh out loud.
