Review on Get the Buyer's Point 2-Port Cat6 Wall Plate with Single Gang Bracket for Low Voltage Mounting by Jay Buford

I'm glad I did my best on the wall panels

I recently got a four camera security system for my home and needed to find a way to run the cables through the wall into a wall box. At first I thought of just buying one wall plate, but decided on this set because I found a cheaper stock deal. I'm glad I did! One thing I didn't realize until I tried to install them is that the standard and even dark blue boxes aren't deep enough for Cat5/6 cable. The black frame you see in this picture is absolutely necessary. I pulled out the blue box, put in the black frame and screwed the plate to it. It was very easy and convenient. My only complaint is that the hoe is weak. The forks wobble a bit (although they work), and for some reason they can be a bit fiddly to snap into place. But they work, and they were the ones I needed to run the cables from the attic to the wall panel. I am very happy!
