I bought two in total after the first one stopped working a few days after installation. The second lasted a few more days. It looks like garbage. I installed the Generac 3000 to the alternator by wrapping the wire around the spark plug a few times and drilling two mounting holes. The LCD of the first just went blank after a few hours of use, the second stopped counting the time with the engine running and stopped recognizing the current through the spark plug, I think. Not happy I spent $12 twice :-( Revane wanted me to physically send one back but it's not even worth my time to repackage it. Very disappointed I had to move the sticker to the Genny to close the holes that I made on the Don't buy these! I would look for a more expensive one, maybe with a removable battery.
