Install pads on brake calipers.
I bought Wagner Thermo Quiet brake pads and I liked them better than the originals. They brake better and make no noise. They must be mounted on the caliper. I filed the sharp edges of the brake pads so they were snug against the calipers but not tight. Now they work better than the original brakes.
