I used it when my former employer was still in-network for our group insurance so we had access via their portal but could also use them as an alternate plan if necessary which made things more flexible than just using only network choices. The interface can be difficult at times - particularly navigating back from searching results into viewing details of those search matches without having already clicked "next". We did not have any problems getting paid or claims processed through this system; however there were some small glitches here ><"but no major issues occurred during our time working together (2 years). Benefits are easy to understand compared to other systems out there like eWon etc., plus they give you flexibility by allowing multiple plans/carriers available for selection depending upon your needs.
