This bissell is light and easy to press. It does the job. I use it on both porcelain stoneware floors and carpets. He collects dirt, dog and cat hair, dirt particles from shoes, leaves or small sticks from drugs that get into the house, threads from clothes, buttons, paper clips, small stones, even a screw that has fallen off the floor. Floor. It's quiet too. It's easy to clean. Simply slide the tray in and snap it back into place. My first tray lasted 3 years with heavy daily use. This is my second sweeper and I will buy a third when this runs out. It charges and lasts me about seven days, which is 7x the mileage on my floors, corridors, foyer, etc. Then I plug it in for a few hours to charge and it's ready to go for the next 7 days. It's worth it in my opinion.
