Does NOT include a spare spring.

I normally supply OEM parts (Motorcraft or AC Delco). but Motorcraft let me down this time. These boots do NOT come with a replacement spring and you should definitely replace the spring when working on your 4.6L plug/sleeve. The only way to get a new spring from Motorcraft is to buy the entire COP block. yeah it sucks I ended up going to NAPA and buying NAPA replacement boots which include a replacement spring. NAPA parts were high quality and half the price. Don't spend $50 on them like I did.
