I bought this based on customer reviews. After several wears, the quality is good, but apparently the padding is not sewn in the right place. I felt very uncomfortable getting up to spin. Finally I gave up; and bought another one from a very well known brand in the cycling world. It was a bit pricey but the fit is perfect. In addition, they offer a lifetime guarantee on all their products. I wouldn't say it's a waste of money. However, I would have preferred it better if not for the limited budget. Update: The shorts have lost their elasticity after 3 months of wearing, maybe once or twice a week. You got what you paid for.
