Great tool for mass communication and newsletters
I love that you can have different email addresses or accounts set up with multiple recipients without having an individual account per person - it's great! It also has so many features which are very helpful (such as sending out emails from one place). There isn't much about this program that i dislike but perhaps there could be some more options within certain areas? Maybe even add another way to manage social media posts/pages rather than using only Facebook or Twitter. The main benefit we found was being able to send our newsletter through a single website address instead of several separate ones. This allows us to get around any problems at once when needed.

- Easy interface
- Ability for clients, etc.,to sign in separately if necessary.
- Having all contacts together under their own unique profile page makes things easier because everything is organized by itself unlike Google Contacts where your contact information gets spread across various categories; not just listed alphabetically like here
- Being capable enough do keep track what people say they want done versus actually completing them
