Review on EAZ LIFT 48703 Trekker Weight Distributing Hitch 🚗 - 1000 lb. Weight Rating with Enhanced Sway Control by Brad Mastermind

The instructions below are a bit confusing when trying to find the right hitch angle. You must use trial and error to ensure the spring bars are properly aligned. Not sure if that's true or not, but after a few adjustments I was ready to go. A torque wrench of 300 lbf ft or more will make this process much easier to get to the 260 mark and your back will thank you. There were no instructions on how much torque to apply to the hangers so maybe I overtightened, not sure if that would cause any problems. I had a great idea to mark the activation caps (pictured) so I marked the spot after tightening them to 45lbs with a torque wrench. Now I can use the included wrench to bring them back to exactly 45lbs every time. ! When I first used this I had to tow my new camper from the dealer to my location in 20mph winds gusting 25-30mph for about an hour and it worked great, the gusts were never okay but this system got me given any confidence, I can barely feel the trucks go by and in the parking lot it's like there aren't any! Good product!
